Love's an Illusion

I strated walking down the road with an angel
Then came the turn and she just walked away
Left me own my to feel the pain and agony

I am all alone again,seems like she never understood me
flashes of her memories closing on me crushing me with pain
just can't tell you what she meant to me

Deep down i know nothing will change the way i felt for her
no matter what i do, just cant keep her thoughts away
But i think its time to move on, I'm done trying
To make her feel the love i held in my heart

I've decided to give up today
I don't want her to see my pain
I'm beyond saving so stop trying
Its better we just part away.
Just want to see her one last time.
